Guangdong Aolin has 28 years of experience in developing and manufacturing audio and video cassettes, CD and DVD cases, CD-R and DVD±R discs, LED table lights, LED flashlights, LED search lights, mesh fabrics and swimwear fabrics, which are well delivered to the US, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Our group is composed of Guangdong Aolin Magnetic Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Xinaolin Optical Disc Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Aolin Fabric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Delivering Orders in Seven Days
Covering a total of 50,000 square meters, our three factories are equipped with 15 CD-R and 28 DVD±R production lines from STEAG in Germany for discs, 52 Jetmaster injection machines for LED lights, and 18 fabric production lines from Karl Mayer in Germany. These facilities allow us to turn out 16 million blank CD-Rs, 21 million DVD±Rs, 100,000 LED table lights/floodlights/flashlights, 100 tons of swimwear fabrics/mesh fabrics, 22 million CD/DVD cases, and 10 million video/audio cassettes monthly. Thus, we can deliver orders in seven days.
High Quality Guaranteed through Strict Inspections
Total quality management (TQM) systems are in place at our factory. Plastics are from South Korea, Italy and Hong Kong, polycarbonate is from Bayer of Germany, and dyes are from Ciba Ultragreen of Switzerland. We ensure consistent performance by inspecting every stage of production. To do this, we utilize 15 Dr. Schenk testers for our CD-Rs online production test, 28 Basler testers for our DVD±Rs online production test, and Dr. Schenk MT-146 DVD-R, CD CATS and eta GT are used for offline production. Furthermore, we strictly implement ISO 9001:2000 guidelines in the whole production process to ensure the highest quality possible.
